From Wall Street to Hollywood (Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Prudential Financial, Verve Talent & Literary Agency, Grandview Entertainment, and Untitled Entertainment), I have spent 12 years mastering talent recruitment and development.
I’ve hired everyone from senior leadership to assistants and interns. I’ve been the person reading your resume and opening doors.
I worked in entertainment and financial services Human Resources, which means I know what happens on the other side of every conversation you’re nervous about. I know what gets someone hired and what gets someone passed over.
I hold a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology — the science of how people work and how organizations hire. It informs everything I do.
Outside of work, I write (mostly jokes and “traumedies”) and I’m a former stand-up. I watch just about everything: drama, comedy, horror, sci-fi, unscripted, you name it and I love talking about it. My wide breadth of interests and understanding of the industry is what makes our conversations feel less like coaching and more like talking to someone who genuinely gets it.

We go through your resume together and I’ll tell you exactly what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. You leave with a clear action plan and specific notes so you can make the edits yourself. If it needs a full rewrite, I can work with you on that as well.
We cover everything: how you present, how you talk about your experience, the questions that trip most people up and more. All of it tailored to you, the role, and where you want to go.
I play the interviewer for the specific role you’re applying for and ask the questions you’ll actually get. Full debrief at the end with structured feedback and specific notes on what to improve before the real thing.
